- Drive the foundation of our data-driven platform by securing high-quality partner data (catalogs, availability, pricing, and more) and ensuring seamless integration in close collaboration with our Data Management team.
- Design and implement how partners successfully operate with us, from lead routing and response expectations to quote formats and escalation paths, while continuously improving partner performance.
- Turn early, manual workflows into scalable systems by collaborating closely with brokerage operations, product, and engineering to build efficient, semi-automated processes.
- Directly shape our product by bringing structured partner feedback into product and engineering, helping define the tools, integrations, and APIs our ecosystem truly needs.
