💡 Responsibilities

Build and lead a team of performance marketing specialists across paid channels and SEO
Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to drive user acquisition and retention while optimizing LTV:CAC
Own the growth roadmap for all paid channels including SEM, social media, display, and emerging channels like direct mail and TV
Lead SEO strategy and execution, collaborating with technical and content teams to improve organic visibility and traffic
Establish robust measurement frameworks, attribution models, and incrementally testing protocols
Forecast and manage marketing budgets effectively to meet growth and efficiency targets
Build and optimize the marketing technology stack needed to scale operations
Collaborate closely with creative and content teams to develop and test high-performing marketing assets
Create and present strategic roadmaps and performance reports to leadership
Stay current with industry trends and identify new channel opportunities to drive growth
