Design and execute HRIS operations, managing current systems and leading future migrations.
Manage the PEO relationship to ensure smooth payroll and compliance across all states.
Manage people reporting and data, such as headcount and attrition, to support stakeholder decision-making.
Evolve people policies to ensure they remain current, accessible, and useful.
Serve as a primary resource for managers regarding benefits, policy, leave, and HR systems.
