4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok advertising
Experience managing client accounts and overseeing project execution
Proficiency in project management tools like Monday.com and Google Workspace
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Triple Whale
Experience with Meta Business Manager
Prior experience working with DTC & e-commerce brands required
Previous experience working in a Marketing Agency
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and the team

Responsibilities:

Keep up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Communicate the progress of monthly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., monthly results and annual forecasts)
Prepare reports on account status
Identify and grow opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
Operate as the lead point of contact for Meta Ads Strategy
