Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, including quickly scaling budgets
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field preferred proven track record of scaling user acquisition through paid and organic channels
- Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing marketing teams
- Deep expertise in SEM, paid social, display advertising, and measurement
- Experience scaling campaigns across channels like direct mail and TV with a performance driven approach
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and ability to drive organic growth
- Expertise in marketing attribution, incrementally testing, and marketing analytics
- Proficiency with marketing technology platforms and data visualization tools

Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a team of performance marketing specialists across paid channels and SEO
- Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to drive user acquisition and retention while optimizing LTV:CAC
- Own the growth roadmap for all paid channels including SEM, social media, display, and emerging channels like direct mail and TV
- Lead SEO strategy and execution, collaborating with technical and content teams to improve organic visibility and traffic
- Establish robust measurement frameworks, attribution models, and incrementally testing protocols
- Forecast and manage marketing budgets effectively to meet growth and efficiency targets
- Build and optimize the marketing technology stack needed to scale operations
- Collaborate closely with creative and content teams to develop and test high-performing marketing assets
- Create and present strategic roadmaps and performance reports to leadership
- Stay current with industry trends and identify new channel opportunities to drive growth
