- 6-8 years of experience in Brand Marketing, B2B marketing, sales enablement, or partnerships marketing—ideally within a tech, health & wellness, or advertising environment.
- Experience creating marketing toolkits, advertiser creative, or sales collateral.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to distill complex ideas into clear, compelling messaging.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholder needs.
- Own and update advertising specs documentation.
- Partner with the sales team to understand client needs and craft custom marketing playbooks or creative guidance as needed.
- Identify new marketing placement options that can deliver value to Advertisers and be monetized.
- Serve as the main marketing point of contact for advertisers post-contract.
- Guide advertisers through the asset submission process, ensuring creatives meet platform specs and brand guidelines.
- Provide creative feedback and collaborate with internal teams (ad operations, design) to get campaigns ready for launch, and ensure all materials align with brand standards.
- Work closely with the Partnerships team to build scalable toolkits, onboarding materials, landing pages, and educational collateral for strategic partners.
- Create co-branded or white-labeled marketing assets partners can use to promote MyFitnessPal to their employees or customers.
- Ensure all materials align with brand standards and drive key business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to increase engagement and value for the partner, e.g. Brand Challenges, Social Collabs.
- Create and maintain the Marketing sections of sales toolkits, one-pagers, and pitch decks to support the Ad and Partnerships teams in communicating MyFitnessPal’s unique value proposition.
- Plan Marketing events to enable lead generation, e.g. conferences, expos.
- Work with the content team to surface existing and upcoming opportunities for Ads and Partnerships.
- Collaborate across Marketing teams, Product, and Legal to ensure consistency and compliance across all external-facing B2B materials.
- Collect feedback from Sales and Partnerships teams to continuously optimize resources and improve the partner experience.
