- Take full ownership of payment penetration and GMV conversion across the existing customer base.
- Proactively drive outreach through calls, emails, and targeted account engagement.
- Help win new customers and position payments as a core part of the Matrix POS value proposition.
- Work closely with the SaaS Sales team to increase payment attachment rates.
- Identify high-value merchants and manage accounts with structure.
- Analyze existing payment set-ups and run compelling commercial demos.
- Maintain high CRM hygiene and report clearly on conversion and GMV KPIs.
