- Manage the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding, contracts, exits, absences).
- Prepare, conduct, and verify monthly payroll for accuracy.
- Act as the interface to external payroll service providers.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll execution.
- Maintain high-quality personnel data in Workday.
- Administer benefits and company pension schemes.
- Ensure compliance with German labor, tax, and social security laws.
- Communicate with authorities, health insurance providers, and social insurance carriers.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics to support management decisions.
- Support HRBP team with administrative documentation and HR programs.
