Our platform streamlines the distribution of subscription agreements, enabling electronic execution and significantly reducing the paperwork burden for both fund managers and investors. We're at the forefront of FinTech, with a modern tech stack built around React, Django/Django REST, Python, and Google Cloud Platform. We leverage enterprise APIs like DocuSign and Sendgrid to create seamless workflows. Our engineering team, comprised of former Google and Carta employees, works in fast-paced, collaborative two-week sprints, giving engineers significant autonomy over their day-to-day tasks and career paths. We are a remote-first company with a growing team of 11-50 employees. Our mission is to make investing in private markets simple and efficient. We are driven by a collaborative and innovative engineering culture. We’ve processed billions of dollars for thousands of investors, achieving record-breaking document completion times. Our focus on creating a reusable investor profile—the "investor passport"—positions us for continued growth in this rapidly expanding market. We’ve secured two rounds of funding, including a recent Series A, enabling us to scale our impact and expand our team.
