  • Conduct thorough needs assessments, provide technical support, and build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and client-focused language, emphasizing the value proposition of Oversee’s AI product.
  • Gather client feedback and provide insights to the Product and Management team to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Represent Oversee at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, promoting our AI-powered solutions.

  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Work directly with our clients as well as with our partners.
  • Collaborate with business unit teams to understand their operational needs and identify new product opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to impact product strategy and make data-driven decisions.
  • Measure and report on the performance of products, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Own backlog and its prioritization.
  • Enable Sales on selling this solution, and guide them in terms of messaging, competitive features, limitations, etc.
