Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Be the voice of our customer: Engage with hundreds of prospects, customers, and partners to deeply understand their needs to inform our strategy and roadmap. You’ll be expected to talk to at least 5 customers per week, often many more.
  • Understand AI market trends: Be an expert in all things AI, understanding the latest developments, frameworks and models that are driving the industry forward. Communicate your expertise internally and demonstrate thought leadership externally at conferences and community events.
  • Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute a clear product strategy and roadmap focused on enhancing the developer experience across all platform components. Draw on data to inform and defend your proposals and rigorously document customer insights in our Product Management platform.
  • Agile Planning and Execution: Maintain a well curated backlog and lead all agile ceremonies to drive the roadmap forward one story at a time. Partner with your engineering team to constantly improve our process and ship faster with high quality.
  • Competitive Analysis: Dive deeply into competitive offerings to understand their market positioning and functional capabilities. Incorporate learnings into our product strategy and communicate them broadly across the team.
  • User Experience Design: Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure product design effectively addresses developer needs, improving ease of use and functionality.
  • Go to Market Enablement: Partner with our customer facing Sales, Marketing and Success teams to ensure they are empowered to communicate the value we bring to the market and ensure our customers succeed when using our platform.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work across technical and business teams to align product enhancements with company goals and user expectations.
  • KPI Management: Define and track key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of developer experience improvements.
