- Take a mobile first lens and focus on improving the mobile experience as well as the mobile KPIs
- Leverage job alert emails to drive adoption and retention for ExpertApply users
- Collaborate with our email marketing team to A/B test different emails on copy, frequency, content, etc
- Take a deep look at our current application funnel and how to optimize it
- Drive the launch of a mobile App down the line
- Constantly push the ExpertApply product forward through experimentation, user-research, product insights and data
- Understand and lead analyses of the competitive environment, customers, and product metrics to determine the right set of features to drive engagement and usage.
- On-going A/B Testing and analysis of the product.
- Develop and deliver an impactful product roadmap along with the product leadership team.
- Work directly with Analytics, Engineering, Marketing, User Experience Design, and User Research to achieve business goals.
- Design, run, and interpret experiments as a routine component of shipping and measuring impactful product experiences.
- Analyze data and interpret qualitative research to inform your product strategy and roadmap.
