Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to targeted customers for next-day bookings.
  • Utilize analytics-based customer lists to maximize conversion.
  • Optimize daily appointment scheduling for efficiency.
  • Follow up with past customers to encourage rebooking.
  • Build relationships and foster loyalty among pet parents.
  • Gather feedback and address any service concerns.
  • Validate online appointments and verify customer details.
  • Contact customers with unusual bookings for confirmation.
  • Reduce service refusal by ensuring eligibility before the appointment date.
  • Review and resolve all unconfirmed appointments and calendar holds to prevent potential revenue loss.
  • Identify and act on same-day move-up opportunities not captured by automation to maintain calendar accuracy and maximize availability.
  • Reduce open time slots and optimize calendar flow with revenue top of mind.
  • Follow up on appointments disrupted by callouts or scheduling changes, ensuring unresponsive customers are re-engaged and the visit is rebooked within the month to retain revenue.
  • Monitor and respond to sales-related Slack tags across operations channels.
  • Call customers with upcoming appointments and offer earlier slots
  • Ensure efficient utilization of groomer availability.
