Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience engaging with UK, US or Australian clients in a similar role.
- Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills is mandatory.
- Proficient in online research using Google, LinkedIn, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound appointment setter via phone.
- Use product/company knowledge to showcase/discuss the solutions that our company can offer to prospects.
- Must be able to answer basic questions regarding the company and its services.
- Use Microsoft Office, SharePoint and HubSpot and other software to track correspondence and progress of assigned contacts.
- Must be able to use own common sense, judgement, and previous experience to determine how to best talk/communicate with a client.
- Set meeting schedules between clients who booked a meeting with BDMs.
- Collate date and generate reports for use by management.
- Other tasks as directed.
