Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience engaging with UK, US or Australian clients in a similar role.
  • Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills is mandatory.
  • Proficient in online research using Google, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
  • Outbound appointment setter via phone.
  • Use product/company knowledge to showcase/discuss the solutions that our company can offer to prospects.
  • Must be able to answer basic questions regarding the company and its services.
  • Use Microsoft Office, SharePoint and HubSpot and other software to track correspondence and progress of assigned contacts.
  • Must be able to use own common sense, judgement, and previous experience to determine how to best talk/communicate with a client.
  • Set meeting schedules between clients who booked a meeting with BDMs.
  • Collate date and generate reports for use by management.
  • Other tasks as directed.
