  • At least 1 year of experience as BDR Outbound (mandatory)
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Knowledge in creating prospecting email copies
  • Practical knowledge of Outbound Prospecting Techniques, Pipeline and Prospecting Funnel
  • Familiarity with sales and Sales Engagement CRM (MixMax, Ramper, Reev)
Responsibilities:
  • Map and prospect new opportunities;
  • Maintain high level of delivery in prospecting, nurturing and managing leads through calls and emails;
  • Identify and genuinely listen to the potential client, understanding their main pains and needs, generating business interest;
  • Working with a personalized prospecting cadence;
  • Create prospecting templates;
  • Nurture SalesForce tool, in order to generate sales opportunities and keep the system updated;
  • Organize pipeline within SalesForce, having a view of its metrics, objectives and activities;
  • Participate and help the team with a critical view and process improvement.
