- Outbound Sales Readiness: Whether you already have experience in outbound sales (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach) or are eager to learn, you’re ready to dive in and grow.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify high-potential prospects to support a strategic outbound approach.
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to initiate conversations and engage potential clients.
- Assess inbound and outbound leads based on needs, budget, and fit for WorkMotion’s services.
- Nurture potential clients, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads for the Sales Team.
- Work closely with Account Executives, Sales Campaign Managers, and your Team Lead to prioritize accounts and ensure seamless handovers.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, pipeline progress, and sales activities in HubSpot.
- Provide feedback from prospects to improve messaging, sales strategies, and go-to-market positioning.
