Engineering at WorkMotion

You will join a team building the technical backbone of our global HR platform. We drive AI and machine learning initiatives to power automation and compliance. Our systems are secure, scalable, and cloud-native, supporting operations in 160+ countries. Engineers solve complex problems related to cross-border data flow, legal compliance, and intelligent automation. We use HubSpot for RevOps, HockeyStack for attribution, and AI tools like Claude and OpenAI for structured data extraction. You will bridge technical engineering with revenue strategy, treating our revenue engine like a high-performance product.
