Requirements:

Several years of professional experience dealing with Accounts Payable and proven education in Finance / Accounting.
Ability to manage high volumes of transactions with exceptional accuracy and efficiency in combination with an extraordinary service attitude towards internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in processing of the reimbursement of the travel expenses.
Detailed knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger coding, cost centre structures, and intercompany recharges.
Experience with accounting software and good excel/spreadsheet skills required.
Excellent English language skills.

Responsibilities:

Process all purchase invoices and book them in the accounting system.
Manage vendor payments to ensure that payment terms are honored.
Manage the process of the reimbursement of the travel expenses.
Collaborate with external parties to perform the open balance reconciliation.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the all the vendor bills paid with the credit cards are collected timely.
