Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify high-potential prospects to support a strategic outbound approach.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to initiate conversations and engage potential clients.
  • Assess inbound and outbound leads based on needs, budget, and fit for WorkMotion’s services.
  • Nurture potential clients, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads for the Sales Team.
  • Work closely with Account Executives, Sales Campaign Managers, and your Team Lead to prioritize accounts and ensure seamless handovers.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, pipeline progress, and sales activities in HubSpot.
  • Provide feedback from prospects to improve messaging, sales strategies, and go-to-market positioning.
