Ballpark accelerates research for scale-ups and enterprises. Our user-friendly platform captures audio, video, and written feedback on prototypes, designs, and marketing copy, providing deeper insights for better product development. We're changing the research landscape by offering a visual, real-time platform with pre-built templates and tasks, making research accessible to everyone, not just researchers. Our tech stack includes Python (Django, GraphQL, Django Rest Framework), React.js, TypeScript, Node.js (with CRDTs and WebSockets), Google Cloud Platform, and Fastly. We champion a collaborative, supportive engineering culture, where ownership, accountability, and continuous learning are key. Following a successful seed round in Summer 2023, we're expanding rapidly, adding enterprise clients like Monzo and Vodafone.
