Marketing Operations Engineer

Build and improve AI-powered workflows and agents using Claude, Claude CoWork, Clay, and Artisan.
Implement enrichment and signal-detection tooling to uplevel data governance.
Deploy AI automation into marketing project management and intake request models.
Design and manage signal-based triggers, including lead scoring and routing.
Develop and manage data models for customer propensity, ICP attribution, and lead/account scoring.
Scale and optimize data-driven plays across marketing channels to improve pipeline generation and funnel efficiency.
Administer marketing database strategy, growth, enrichment, and hygiene.
Measure solutions for impact on adoption, efficiency, data quality, and business outcomes.
