Requirements:
  • 2-3 years in outbound sales or lead generation, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, or similar platforms, and proficient with LinkedIn for lead generation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in email and social media outreach.
  • Proactive and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to meet and exceed daily lead generation targets.
  • Ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns, prioritize leads, and stay on top of follow-ups.
Responsibilities:
  • Execute daily outreach to 40-50 potential leads via email and LinkedIn to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Qualify leads based on their needs, industry, and interest in the client’s SaaS solution.
  • Develop relationships with prospects and maintain consistent communication to nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Use Zoho (or similar CRM tools) to track all outreach, manage leads, and report on activity and results.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the client’s application and industry, ensuring you can effectively convey its benefits to prospective clients.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads and to align on outreach strategies
