- Strong keyword research, bidding strategy, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) skills.

- Allocate ad spend efficiently while optimizing CPA, CPL, CPC, and ROAS across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with the intake team, implement automations, retargeting, and audience segmentation to improve case sign-ups.
- Maintain tracking systems (Google Tag Manager, GA4, UTM tracking) and deliver performance reports with actionable insights.
- Monitor competitor ad strategies and industry trends to refine campaign tactics in a competitive landscape.
