Requirements:
3+ years managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns. Strong track record in both Google Ads and Meta Ads. Proficient with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and e-commerce tracking. Comfortable working with budgets across multiple platforms. Data-driven decision maker. Strong with Excel/Sheets for analysis and reporting. Experience with attribution and funnel reporting. Fluent English (written and spoken). Client-facing experience required. Confident in presenting to stakeholders. Self-starter who thrives in a remote, asynchronous environment. Able to juggle multiple accounts and meet deadlines with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive paid media strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads. Forecast outcomes and set KPIs for each campaign. Launch and manage campaigns end-to-end. Optimize bids, audiences, creative, and placements to achieve ROAS/CPA goals. Conduct ongoing A/B testing on ads and landing pages. Collaborate to shape ad creative. Analyze campaign data and compile performance reports with insights. Serve as a primary contact for paid media matters. Lead regular performance calls and present reports. Proactively identify new paid channels and testing opportunities. Stay up to date on platform updates and media trends.
