Requirements:
3+ years managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns. Strong track record in both Google Ads and Meta Ads. Proficient with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics. Comfortable working with budgets across multiple platforms. Data-driven decision maker, strong with Excel/Sheets for analysis and reporting. Experience with attribution and funnel reporting. Fluent English (written and spoken). Client-facing experience required. Confident in presenting to stakeholders. Self-starter who thrives in a remote, asynchronous environment. Able to juggle multiple accounts and meet deadlines with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive paid media strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads. Launch and manage campaigns end-to-end, optimizing for ROAS/CPA goals. Conduct ongoing A/B testing on ads and landing pages. Shape ad creative in collaboration with designers and copywriters. Analyze campaign data and compile performance reports with insights. Serve as a primary contact for paid media matters and present reports to clients. Identify new paid channels, campaign types, and testing opportunities.
