Develop strategy, innovation, and execution for Paid Media client accounts Plan, implement, and audit paid media campaigns aligning with client KPIs Execute campaigns in Search and Social platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned clients Present Paid Media deliverables to clients Support channel innovation and best practices Analyze and present Paid Media performance reports Leverage tools for analysis and efficiency Communicate project timelines and manage client expectations Collaborate with Creative/Design teams on ad creation Understand client industries, audiences, and goals Play an active role in client retention and satisfaction Participate in creative brainstorming sessions Mentor and delegate tasks to junior team members Work with Client Services on account strategy and growth Accept feedback and coaching
