Maintain advanced understanding of primary paid media channels Drive account strategy for client efficiency and growth goals Develop and execute account management monitoring and optimization techniques Quantify and prioritize initiatives for account performance Drive creation of client roadmaps, testing plans, reports, and QBRs/FBRs Manage performance of client portfolio to goals and budgets Write and review agendas for status calls Lead client calls, discussing projects, performance, and strategy Ensure all account management efforts go through a QA process Own the relationship with platform reps (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
