- At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in a client-facing account management, digital media or AdTech role.
- Cross-channel knowledge or experience in paid social, search and programmatic media.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize projects while paying strict attention to detail.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful media strategies that drive results for clients.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work well in a cross-functional (global) team environment while building rapport.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and DSPs.
- Solid understanding and/or interest of ad networks, demand-side platforms or DSP, exchanges, and the programmatic landscape.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Communicate with clients to ensure all needs are understood and addressed promptly.
- Serve as the point of contact and liaison for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships, understanding their business objectives, and providing strategic guidance and support.
- Own the strategic account planning and organizing of a BoB (book of business) to help further accelerate client growth.
- Responsible for client growth, retention, and encouraging new product adoption where suitable for client goals.
- Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of Knorex’s cross-channel platform (XPO) and guide customers in using the product and services.
- Provide media strategy consultation and technical support to clients to help achieve business/brand/agency goals.
- Work closely with clients and the internal Customer Success Team to ensure pacing and delivery of each client’s media spend.
- Collaborate with various internal teams on project planning and improving standard operating procedures.
- Plan and execute to support the onboarding of new clients.
