  • Expertise in Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and project management or knowledge-sharing platforms (Miro, Lucid, Asana, Glean, Simpler, DoControl, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of security best practices related to collaboration tools, including identity management, data loss prevention, and compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to drive change management initiatives, with experience in user adoption strategies and training programs.
  • Own the strategy, administration, and roadmap for collaboration tools, ensuring they align with business objectives and enhance the employee experience.
