7+ years of experience managing enterprise collaboration tools, including administration, governance, and end-user support.
Expertise in Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and project management or knowledge-sharing platforms (Miro, Lucid, Asana, Glean, Simpler, DoControl, etc.)
Strong knowledge of security best practices related to collaboration tools, including identity management, data loss prevention, and compliance frameworks.
Ability to drive change management initiatives, with experience in user adoption strategies and training programs.
Responsibilities:
Own the strategy, administration, and roadmap for collaboration tools, ensuring they align with business objectives and enhance the employee experience.
Lead a small team of administrators and engineers, fostering innovation and continuous improvement in collaboration technologies.
Partner with security and compliance teams to enforce governance, access control, and data protection policies across platforms. Engage with vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize licensing, contracts, and cost efficiency.
Serve as the escalation point for collaboration tool-related issues and drive resolution in partnership with IT support teams.
Monitor platform performance, usage, and adoption metrics, providing insights to leadership. Evaluate and recommend new technologies or enhancements to existing platforms based on emerging business needs.
