Proven experience in a sales or business development role (preferably in B2B sales). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers. Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for growing the business and exceeding targets. Experience with CRM systems and sales tools (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Fluent in English; additional European languages (such as Spanish, French, German, Polish, or a Nordic language) are a plus.
