Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales or business development role (preferably in B2B sales). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers. Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for growing the business and exceeding targets. Experience with CRM systems and sales tools (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Fluent in English; additional European languages (such as Spanish, French, German, Polish, or a Nordic language) are a plus.
Responsibilities:
Identifying and reaching out to potential customers via cold calls, emails, and social media platforms to generate new leads. Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads, converting them into sales opportunities through consistent outreach and relationship-building. Delivering compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively showcasing the value of Qogita’s solutions. Managing follow-ups with prospects to move them through the sales funnel and ensure continued engagement. Negotiating terms, overcoming objections, and closing sales to meet and exceed individual and team targets. Maintaining detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in our CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and tracking. Working closely with the wider sales team, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and achieve company-wide goals.
