Requirements:
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Resilience and persistence in the face of rejection
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling to generate qualified leads
- Research and identify key decision-makers within target enterprise accounts
- Create personalized outreach strategies for each prospect based on their industry, pain points, and business needs
- Qualify opportunities based on our BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) criteria
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and Enterprise Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prospect information in our CRM
- Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings and pipeline generation
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and our product offerings
