Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of monthly accounting close.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Assist in financial audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and other relevant standards.
  • Oversee the end-to-end payroll process for employees, ensuring timely and accurate payroll execution.
  • Manage customer invoicing and payment collections and monitor accounts receivable aging
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure accurate billing and timely cash collection.
  • Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and payments.
  • Ensure accurate classification and coding of expenses.
  • Support tax monthly and tax filings and social security fillings.
  • Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations.
