- Own the end-to-end revenue operations function, including marketing and sales funnels, lead routing, CRM architecture, and pipeline reporting.
- Build and maintain cohort reporting frameworks to track client acquisition, activation, retention, and lifetime value, providing strategic recommendations.
- Lead the strategy and execution of marketing and sales automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Customer.io).
- Design and continuously improve the end-to-end client onboarding experience for wealth management clients.
- Partner with the advisory team to document, standardize, and optimize advisor workflows.
- Own operational systems and vendor relationships, including custodian integrations (e.g., Schwab), portfolio management tools, and compliance-adjacent workflows.
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards and KPIs for real-time visibility into business health.
- Build playbooks, SOPs, and internal knowledge infrastructure to scale the business.
- Serve as connective tissue between marketing, sales, advisory, product, compliance, and finance.
- Evaluate, negotiate, and manage relationships with third-party technology and service vendors.
