🔍 Casual Gaming

  • 5+ years of experience in User Acquisition, ideally within Casual Gaming (IAA monetization model).
  • Expert knowledge of Applovin and Google Ads, including campaign structures, bidding strategies, and automation.
  • Experience running multi-channel UA campaigns (Meta, TikTok, DSPs, ASA, Unity, IronSource, etc.).
  • Strong analytical mindset, highly proficient in data interpretation, campaign analysis, and ROAS modeling.
  • Experience with mobile attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, or similar).
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar) is a strong plus.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, lean environment while maintaining a hands-on approach.
  • A natural curiosity for data and experimentation, always looking for ways to improve performance.
  • Own and optimize UA campaigns across Applovin, Google Ads, and additional channels (e.g., TikTok, Meta, DSPs, ASA).
  • Develop scalable UA strategies for casual gaming titles with IAA monetization, ensuring profitability and ROI-positive growth.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, testing different networks, creatives, and bidding strategies.
  • Manage campaign setup, tracking, and attribution, ensuring data accuracy and proper event mapping.
  • Continuously analyze performance metrics (ROAS, LTV, CPI, retention, ARPU, etc.) to optimize acquisition funnels.
  • Use a/b testing to refine creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Work closely with data teams to leverage BI tools and dashboards for real-time decision-making.
  • Develop models for predictive LTV and guide budget allocation accordingly.
  • Collaborate with design teams to conceptualize, test, and iterate high-performing ad creatives tailored for different networks.
  • Lead creative testing frameworks across Applovin and Google to identify winning formats and messaging.
  • Stay ahead of trends in ad formats, automation, and audience segmentation for casual gaming audiences.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Monetization, and Data teams to align UA strategies with game performance and revenue goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on in-game optimizations that could improve LTV and ad monetization impact.
  • Maintain a lean, test-and-learn mindset, iterating quickly without excessive resource dependencies.
