Lead Data Analyst

5+ years of progressively senior experience in data analytics, BI, or data science Advanced SQL fluency Strong experience with Looker (or similar BI platforms) at the data modeling layer Deep expertise in analytics architecture: reusable pipelines, event taxonomies, semantic layers, KPI governance Strong track record in designing and implementing enterprise-wide measurement and experimentation strategies Strategic thinking and business acumen Skilled at navigating ambiguity and setting direction Highly effective communicator and influencer Strong mentoring and leadership presence Proficiency in Python or R for statistical modeling or automation (preferred) Experience with dbt, Airflow, or similar tools (preferred)
