Enterprise Customer Success Specialist

Prepare quarterly Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) by pulling usage data and drafting slide decks.
Coordinate EBR logistics, including meeting scheduling and preparation of pre-read materials.
Draft follow-up communications, meeting recaps, and stakeholder updates on behalf of CSMs.
