Lead Product Data Analyst

8+ years of experience in product analytics, analytics engineering, or data science. Comfortable with Command-Line Interfaces (CLI), Git-based version control, and CI/CD pipelines. Extensive experience using dbt to build clean, tested, and documented data models. Deep expertise in analyzing user behavior (clickstream data) using event-based analytics tools. Proven experience building a data stack from scratch. Obsessed with data quality and root cause analysis.

Establish data trust and cleanliness. Build and deploy modern data stack (dbt, BI platform). Implement 'Explore' environments and certified semantic layers for self-service. Synthesize insights across customer view, leadership/GTM, product data, and shop health. Master event-based analytics and user journeys. Collaborate with Engineering on tracking specifications. Drive data culture and train stakeholders.
