Requirements:
1+ year of experience in a Research/Analyst role is preferred Professional experience with Microsoft Suite Applications (TEAMS, Excel, Outlook, Word) Experience with 3rd party tools (Lexis Nexis, Dun and Bradstreet, business validation tools) is preferred (Not Required) Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is helpful (Not Required) Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Adaptable Self-starter Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong experience navigating web portals
Responsibilities:
Communicate internally and externally to gather and confirm required information Analyze business data in support of intelligent payment routing Perform research tasks using internal and external tools to validate business information and mitigate operational risk Assist in developing ideas for improving existing database Develop and document new/modified processes and standards Review data to identify trends and opportunities within the network to drive revenue Build strong relationships with other teams to build collaboration and identify potential opportunities to improve efficiencies and process
