Able to translate technical constraints to business stakeholders. Proven track record of delivery in an agile environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create clear, concise documentation. Self-motivated team player with a proactive approach.
Responsibilities:
Own the roadmap and lifecycle for core digital products or business initiatives. Break down abstract business goals into actionable technical requirements. Define success metrics (KPIs) and use data analysis for prioritization. Act as the primary product lead for a development team and stakeholders. Manage backlogs, roadmaps, and planning in an agile environment. Ensure output meets quality standards. Participate in process improvement initiatives. Contribute to internal documentation. Partner with Design, Marketing, Sales, and Service. Collaborate with leadership and peers, and mentor others.
