Extensive hands-on experience with at least one major CRM/marketing automation platform (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Braze, HubSpot, Marketo, Klaviyo) Strong understanding of data structures, segmentation logic, and data management principles Experience with API integrations and webhooks Proficient in HTML/CSS for building and troubleshooting email templates Familiarity with a scripting language like AMPscript, handlebars, or Liquid Proven ability to analyze campaign performance, A/B test results, and customer data Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to identify inefficiencies and develop new processes, workflows, and best practices Ability to see the big picture and understand how CRM operations impact business goals Meticulous attention to detail Strong project management skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills 3+ years experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker (preferred) General knowledge of or direct experience with CDPs (e.g., Segment, mParticle) (preferred) Intermediate or expert level skill in HTML, CSS, and scripting languages (like JavaScript or Python) (preferred) Experience with dedicated A/B testing and experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO) (preferred) Demonstrated ability to work effectively with non-marketing teams (preferred) Solid understanding of data privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA (preferred) Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile or Scrum (preferred)
