Retention/Email Strategist - DTC eCommerce

Own retention strategy across a portfolio of 6–8 client brands, including flows, campaigns, segmentation, SMS, and lifecycle health.
Use data to identify high-leverage opportunities in each account and build a plan to capture them.
Brief and direct the email specialist and designer on the execution pod.
Lead client relationships, including monthly reporting, strategy presentations, and conversations when performance dips.
Connect retention work to LTV, repeat purchase rate, CAC payback, and contribution margin.
Collaborate with paid social and Google pods on multi-channel clients.
Stay current on platform changes, emerging tools, and developments in DTC retention.
