Klaviyo Email (Retention) Specialist (2025)

Minimum 1 year of Email Marketing experience on Klaviyo Minimum 6 months of agency experience or working with multiple clients preferred Experience using Klaviyo Experience using a SMS platform is not required but is a plus Project management skills Good communication skills - both written and verbal Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills

Work within Klaviyo to build and schedule email & SMS campaigns and flows Setup Klaviyo email & SMS accounts Report on overall email and SMS account performance Write creative briefs for copywriters and graphic designers Manage the whole email design process Assist with planning monthly content calendars Communicate with clients and manage sharing performance reports, email design mockups, etc. Collaborate with team members on client tasks and projects Have a good design eye to help with briefing designs that are on brand
