Requirements:
Flexible to work in sync with AUSTRALIA time zones. Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work independently. Open to feedback and motivated to keep improving. Team player with excellent communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful. Experience with ClickUp (or similar), G-Suite, Meta Business Manager, Shopify. Solid background in Campaign or Project Management and Client-Facing Communications. Intermediate understanding of eCommerce advertising & multi-channel marketing (Meta, Google, Email, TikTok). Experience with Scrum-Sprint or agile workflows (Bonus). Prior experience in a remote team or agency environment (Bonus). Reliable, fast internet with backup.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate daily team huddles. Coordinate end-to-end campaign delivery from brief to launch. Act as the primary information hub for client requests and updates. Manage campaign calendars, approvals, and workflows. Identify and solve roadblocks proactively. Participate in department meetings, workshops, and 1:1 coaching sessions. Continuously look for ways to raise the bar for campaign delivery.
