Strong design and copywriting ability to ensure on-brand communication. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills. Excellent productivity and prioritization skills. Elite communication skills (written and verbal). Team player with a strong focus on client success. Highly analytical and data-driven thinker with extreme attention to detail. Experience with email/SMS automation, popups, and split testing. Ability to build rapport, trust, and partnerships with clients. Energetic and persuasive with a Kaizen mentality. Client-first focus. Strategize, set up, optimize, and manage email flows and campaigns. Analyze campaign data daily to identify performance improvement opportunities and maximize revenue. Conduct site popup and email split tests for optimal return. Create compelling ad copy. Implement tracking scripts and conversion event codes. Set up, manage, and optimize email/SMS experiences.
