Responsibilities:
Own and execute the annual events calendar Develop event strategies aligned with marketing goals Manage all event logistics from start to finish Research, evaluate, and recommend industry conferences Collaborate with sales leadership on pre-show prospecting Design engaging booth experiences Implement post-show follow-up strategies Plan and manage the annual customer conference Organize and execute quarterly hosted dinners and executive roundtables Develop content programming for hosted events Track and report on event performance metrics Partner closely with sales, product, and customer success teams Manage event budget allocation and negotiate vendor contracts Create comprehensive post-event materials
