Proven ability to own the full lifecycle of events: strategy, planning, promotion, execution, and post-event measurement Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to tailor messaging Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation platforms, webinar and virtual event platforms, and event management/registration tools Data-driven mindset with experience tracking event metrics Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Business Development, and Marketing Genuine interest in fintech, APIs, financial markets, and/or developer ecosystems
