Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in solution delivery, implementation or technical project management in a B2B SaaS environment
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with LLMs, including agent behavior, prompt iteration, and system constraints
- Ability to map complex workflows into structured logic
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A background in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or another STEM field, or equivalent practical experience
Responsibilities
- Manage the full deployment lifecycle of AI Operators
- Partner with customers to understand business processes and scope requirements
- Coordinate configuration, testing, and validation of Operators
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and AI teams
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for critical incidents
- Contribute to improving deployment playbooks and escalation processes
