Agent Deployment Manager

3–5 years of experience in solution delivery, implementation or technical project management in a B2B SaaS environment At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with LLMs, including agent behavior, prompt iteration, and system constraints Ability to map complex workflows into structured logic Strong communication and organisational skills A background in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or another STEM field, or equivalent practical experience

Manage the full deployment lifecycle of AI Operators Partner with customers to understand business processes and scope requirements Coordinate configuration, testing, and validation of Operators Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and AI teams Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for critical incidents Contribute to improving deployment playbooks and escalation processes
