- Drive revenue growth within an assigned EMEA territory by identifying upsell and expansion opportunities.
- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles including discovery, product demonstrations, and deal closure.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with universities, PBSA operators, and student accommodation providers.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to align solutions to operational and financial outcomes.
- Lead and support tender, RFP, and formal procurement processes.
- Collaborate with Product, Professional Services, Marketing, and Finance teams.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally to inform product development.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking in Salesforce and Gong.
