Own the full event lifecycle for industry conferences, partner events, and StarRez-hosted programs. Build and maintain a global industry events calendar and project plans. Develop event and sponsorship strategies. Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and track expenses. Oversee tradeshow booth materials, inventory, shipping, setup, and breakdown. Lead vendor sourcing and management. Coordinate onsite staffing and run-of-show details. Collaborate with Product Marketing, Community Relations, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Partner with Marketing teammates for pre-event promotion, onsite activations, and post-event follow-up. Ensure StarRez messaging, design, and brand presence are applied consistently. Contribute to content planning by identifying speaking opportunities and customer highlights. Track and report on key event metrics and deliver post-event summaries.
