6–10 years of experience in Account or Program Management, or Client Services, preferably within Federal, public safety, justice, or government technology environments Proven track record of exceeding retention and upsell targets in enterprise or public-sector SaaS accounts Strong understanding of Federal or Government procurement Excellent communication and presentation skills Highly organized and capable of managing multiple complex accounts simultaneously Experience working cross-functionally across Product, Support, and Program Delivery organizations Ability to achieve a Secret Clearance Bachelor’s Degree
