- Facilitate virtual training sessions, workshops, and webinars while encouraging participant engagement and interaction.
- Use and maintain existing training materials and learning resources, contributing minor updates or improvements.
- Incorporate approved interactive elements into training sessions to support engagement and learning retention.
- Engage with customers to understand training needs and gather feedback.
- Provide post-training follow-up and basic support to reinforce learning outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of training sessions and customer interactions.
- Support basic LMS user needs, including login questions and course access.
